Become an Affiliate Contractor

Criteria for Entry

  • 1. Three years in business.
  • 2. Three Industry References.
  • 3. Last 3 years gross income must be in excess of $500,000 per year.
  • 4. Submit 3 Past Projects to the Co-Op for Co-Op's use in all marketing.
  • 5. Monthly Enrollment fee, or Annual Fee.

Criteria to stay in program

  • 1. Maintain all of the criteria above.
  • 2. Affiliate must bring in at least $250,000 in contracts to the portfolio in the Co-Op year.
  • 3. Submit 20 hours of industry continuing education.
  • 4. Submit 20 hours ' cumulative to public service (community service non work related.
  • 5. Attend year end Co-Op summit 2026/27 TPC Sawgrass. Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

Co-op Operating Terms

  • - Affiliates pay a commission of commercial projects to use portfolio and
  • Co-op Sales Sales resources.
  • - Sales Resources include: print marketing, personnel, network contacts, social media.
  • - Affiliate projects which require in person assistance shall have travel paid, per diem for meals a lodging and daily rate of $1500/day.
  • (All associated costs will be reduced from final project fee at project completion)
  • - If Affiliate does not have the financial resources or means to complete the work, the contract will be assigned to a C.A.T. Co-Op Affiliate suitable and licensed to complete the project. The Affiliate who procured the contract shall be paid a 10% (From Gross Revenue) commission for remain work to be completed.
  • - Co-Op will only open allow
 1 affiliate per 100 mi radius, per 100,000 people of the affiliates nearest major metropolitan city. Max Affiliates per major metro will not exceed 5. A major metropolitan city shall be defined as over 200,000 people and with an international airport.
  • - The office location must be established at the time of the application is submitted. If a new office is not established the affiliate must submit an application for an approved satellite location prior to using the portfolio in the satellite location. (see details on satellite locations) Additional enrollment fees apply.

Any contractor, member, or entity that participates in projects under a Co-Op agreement and pays commissions to the Co-Op grants the Co-Op a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use such projects, including associated images, videos, descriptions, and results, for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes.
Additionally, such participating contractors, members, or entities grant the Co-Op the right to use their business name, trademarks, logos, and likeness in connection with the promotion, marketing, and representation of Co-Op projects and services, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By engaging with an Affiliate, clients acknowledge and agree that the Co-Op shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, or disputes arising from or related to the services provided.
