We are a cooperative which extends it portfolio to vetted contractors looking to align itself with our comprehensive work experience to position themselves in earning large commercial projects. We focus on helping contractors who gross between 3-10 million per year annually in the restoration industry.

Our target is one affiliate per 100 mile radius in any major metropolitan area per 100k people never to exceed 5 Affiliates.

The C.A.T. Co-Op is positioned differently than any other network available to contractors in the fact it essentially allows the “little guy” to offer a rich and robust portfolio and proven expertise of work which competes with the large firms in their area.
